Yet, our response to those changing needs and opportunities is slow. Diets don't change much.

Our mission is to make our food systems adaptive to the changing needs of the future. By enhancing communication among producers, intermediaries, and consumers through automated systems, we aim to overcome traditional barriers in food consumption.

The Barriers

Most people are conservative in what they eat, with the consequence that demand for new diets is low

As long as demand is low, no one will produce or distribute it. The consequence is that there is no offer.  

That’s why we’re stuck in catch-22, as economists call it.  

Economies of Scale: Established diets benefit from large-scale production, making them cheaper than newer alternatives.

By leveraging the communication possibilities of data and IT, we aim to accelerate the adoption of new products into the market.
